System Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to join our growing IT team!

Location: North district

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and execute a variety of tech tasks based on departmental priorities
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors (infrastructure, system, communication, etc.)
• Maintain organized documentation of procedures, passwords, configurations, and internal knowledge
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain our Priority ERP system – including updates, process management, permissions, and development requests
• Install, configure, and maintain our WMS system
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to optimize Power BI usage + provide BI training
• Oversee telecom systems and manage the Salesforce interface
• Centralize development requirements for Priority and BI from all departments

✅ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing server environments (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365), with an emphasis on infrastructure setup and maintenance
• Strong familiarity with Priority ERP and Power BI
• Proven track record working with complex organizational systems
• Experience with WMS systems based on Priority – a big plus
• DBA experience – significant advantage
• Ability to multitask, work independently, make decisions, and communicate effectively
