Techjet is seeking a dynamic Global Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support our international supply chain operations while also providing analytical insight into operational activities.

🚢 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coordination of international shipments, including required documentation, forwarder communication, and customs clearance
• Manage incoming/outgoing orders and generate shipping documents using Priority ERP
• Track delivery schedules and ensure alignment with factory and production priorities
• Create and maintain structured Excel reports for logistics, delivery, and order tracking
• Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, warehouse) to streamline logistics operations

✅ What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, international shipping, or supply chain coordination – must
• Prior work with Priority ERP – strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic dashboarding – must
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Fluent English – written and verbal – required
• Analytical thinking and a process-oriented mindset

🔧 Bonus Skills

• Previous work experience in an industrial or production-based environment
• Exposure to business reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) – optional
• Familiarity with production or planning workflows
