About the Role

As part of the role, you will join a team of analysts, gain in-depth knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate sector, analyze financial reports, evaluate transactions, review documents to identify key data points, and prepare marketing materials.

• Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday
• Overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance – mandatory (CPA after internship— advantage)
• Familiarity with financial statements – mandatory
• High-level English – mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• Familiarity with the real estate sector – significant advantage
• Experience in real estate analysis – significant advantage

Personal skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Quick learning ability
• Professional and well-presented demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines
