• As we grow, quality is at the heart of our mission. We’re seeking a QA Lead to take full ownership of the QA discipline—ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and trust in every release.
• This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growing and managing a hybrid QA team, defining scalable processes, and embedding best-in-class testing strategies—including automated regression, load testing, production-time validation, and scenario-based testing.

• Lead the QA function across the full lifecycle—from planning and strategy through execution, release validation, and live monitoring
• Grow and manage a hybrid QA team, fostering a strong quality-driven culture across local and remote contributors
• Develop and maintain a robust test strategy covering manual testing (exploratory, UI/UX, sanity, regression), automated testing (E2E, smoke, integration, cross-browser/device), and load/performance testing
• Design and implement test scenarios that simulate realistic user journeys and edge cases to ensure full coverage
• Conduct production-time testing to validate functionality, stability, and critical user paths in live environments
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Testim.io
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, stable, and low-risk deployments
• Create and maintain test documentation, manage test cases, track defects, and report quality metrics using tools like Jira and TestRail
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to embed QA throughout the development cycle
• Own release sign-offs, monitor live releases, and lead rapid triage and resolution of production issues

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 in a leadership or team management role within a B2C or consumer-facing tech company.
• Experience growing and mentoring hybrid teams (on-site + remote), and scaling QA operations in dynamic product environments.
• Deep experience with test scenario design, user story validation, and functional coverage planning.
• Proven hands-on automation experience with tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of load testing and tools such as JMeter, k6, or Gatling; able to simulate traffic patterns and diagnose performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with production-time testing strategies, including canary releases, monitoring, and alert-driven validation.
• Proficiency in testing APIs (REST/JSON), using tools like Postman or Swagger, and querying databases (MySQL/Postgres).
• Experience integrating QA in CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Clear communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English and the ability to align cross-functional teams around quality goals.

• Experience in ticketing, eCommerce, marketplaces, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure), Docker, or Kubernetes-based deployments.
