TL;DR

We’re building Bonds - Duolingo meets TikTok meets ChatGPT for relationships. We’ve onboarded ~1,000 users, with 67% second-session retention, 15%+ week-4 retention, and strong early signs of payment intent. Our team includes leaders from Meta, Google, Wix, Viber, and Trax, and we're backed by the CEO and President of Wix. We’re hiring a full-time, hands-on founding engineer to lead architecture, mobile, and AI with the potential to join at a founder level.

We blend clinical psychology, AI, and short-form video to deliver daily insights that help couples reduce conflict, deepen intimacy, and grow together in a way that feels modern, personal, and emotionally engaging.

Why This Role Matters

This is more than a build-and-ship job. We’re creating the category-defining platform for relationship growth. The technical decisions made now across architecture, AI, and product velocity will define what we become.

What You'll Own

• Lead our architecture, backend, and mobile infrastructure
• Extend and evolve our hybrid stack (Bubble + Natively → React Native, Flutter, or similar)
• Design and launch AI-powered coaching features (OpenAI, Azure, etc.)
• Build and optimize in-app purchases (iOS & Android)
• Manage outsourced devs and QA, and shape the future tech team
• Ship quickly alongside product, psychology, and design leads
• Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap and hiring strategy

This is a full-time, paid role that is a foundational hire with meaningful equity and potential to evolve into a co-founder-level position.

• Lior Kritzman – Clinical psychologist focused on trust, conflict resolution, and emotional growth
• Incoming Marketing Lead – B2C growth operator who scaled a U.S. consumer app to 10M+ users, expected to join soon
