Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the Radiotherapy field. This role involves supporting clinical and technical staff in the daily operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of oncology information systems, treatment planning software, and dosimetric equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Windows-based environments, radiotherapy workflows, and technical communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiotherapy software and systems
• Assist clinical users with day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth workflow continuity
• Collaborate with IT departments and clinical staff to resolve issues related to connectivity, software errors, and data integration
• Offer guidance and technical assistance for the use of dosimetric equipment from various manufacturers
• Participate in the onboarding and training of new users on radiotherapy systems and workflows
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity in Windows networking and operating system troubleshooting
• Knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiotherapy is advantage
• Experience with dosimetric equipment from different vendors is advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical environment
