Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer and designer for a well funded start up, developing a multi-disciplinary solution for the smart mobility railway market.
This is an iportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, tackling complex hardware challenges alongside advanced perception, computer vision, and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full hardware cycle: from concept and design to production
• Design, debug, and validate high-speed RF, analog, and digital boards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including System, Antenna, and Mechanical
• Work with freelancers and external vendors
  

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from a leading university
• 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital hardware design
• Hands-on radar systems experience
• Expertise in schematics, PCB layout, SI/PI, power supplies, and high-speed interfaces (PCIe, 10GE, DDR4, etc.)
• Proficiency in Altium
• Familiarity with lab equipment and compliance testing
