We are looking for an experienced and driven E2E Tech Recruiter to support the recruitment operation and efforts .

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading tech companies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for highly sought-after technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
• Conduct sourcing activities using various platforms and creative methods
• Candidate Screening
• Extend offers and manage salary negotiations and contract signing
• Act as a strategic recruitment partner and contribute to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter - mandatory
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and offer negotiation - mandatory
• Previous experience working directly with hiring managers
• Strong understanding of the tech industry and technical roles
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Very high proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) - mandatory
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to learn independently
• Experience working in a corporate environment - an advantage
• Experience in a tech company or the high-tech sector - a significant advantage
