CyberWell is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our growing nonprofit and take us to the next level! This position is full-time and is available for immediate start. We work in a hybrid format and are in our Tel Aviv office Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.

The Full-Stack Developer will report to our Product Manager.

About the Role

CyberWell is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong understanding of AI concepts and methodologies to join our crew and lead the development of high-impact web apps. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in full-stack development using React and Python, experience with cloud-based development methodologies, and will be able to integrate with scalable and efficient advanced AI capabilities, from scratch. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in autonomy, has a deep understanding of web technologies, and is excited to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end web application Using CSS, React, Python and REST
• Implement secure RESTful APIs using Python
• Manage and maintain Non-Relational (MongoDB) and Relational (PostgreSQL) databases
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps processes on AWS, GCP
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Expertise in modern JavaScript, React, and CSS frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
• Experience with CI\CD methodologies on AWS, GCP environments
• Alignment with CyberWell’s mission and values
• High level English and Hebrew
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and follow through on a wide range of tasks
• Strong work ethic, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
