THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our fast-paced infrastructure and cloud operations. This role is integral to our technology department, where you'll manage complex cloud environments and lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers. Working closely with Development Teams and reporting to the VP R&D, you'll drive technical excellence across our AWS and GCP infrastructure while ensuring high availability of our production services.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have/be:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• Proven hands-on expertise in AWS or GCP production environments at scale
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code implementation and maintenance
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools and production system observability
• Proficient in log management systems and security best practices
• Track record of successful server migrations
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Excellent English communication skills
• Independent problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Available for on-call rotations when needed

Nice-to-have:

• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle
• Experience with multi-region deployments
• Strong leadership abilities and hands-on approach
• Additional cloud platform knowledge (Azure, Digital Ocean)
• Certifications in AWS/GCP
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
• Background in SRE practices
• Experience with GitOps methodologies

We are a distributed team of more than 140 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
