Analog Design Engineer

The research and development center of a successful international high-tech company specializing in advanced technologies in semiconductors, chips, memory, cellular, video, and more is looking for an Analog Designer to join the team responsible for developing Analog IPs integrated into image sensors.

The role includes design and development of Analog & Mixed Signal ICs used in image sensors.

End-to-end development starting from proof-of-concept through production, including feasibility studies, high-level design, transistor-level design and simulation, top-level simulations, silicon bring-up, characterization, and debugging.

The office is located in Tel Aviv, close to the train and light rail stations, with a hybrid work model offering one day from home.

The company employs approximately 500 people in Israel.

Requirements-

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 5 years of experience in analog & mixed-signal IC design
• Experience designing ADCs, DACs, OpAmps, Comparators, Bandgaps, LDOs, and accurate references
• Experience in design for manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability
• Expertise in SPICE/SPECTRE simulations, including PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed-signal simulations, modeling, and optimization
• Strong understanding of circuit abstraction modeling tools such as Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, MATLAB, and Python
• Solid knowledge of analog layout and parasitic components
• Experience with ADE tools like Cadence Analog Virtuoso, AMS, and ADEXL
• Fluent English
