Project Manager

The ELTA Systems Division is seeking a Project Manager for Intelligence & Analytics Projects.

What will you do?

· Manage and lead a software development project focused on intelligence data extraction and analytics.

· Oversee the development of advanced AI-based intelligence systems.

· Lead a multidisciplinary team including software, algorithms, and system engineering.

· Provide both technical and managerial leadership to in-house teams.

· Build and execute detailed work plans.

· Lead the project by ELTA’s project management methodologies.

· Work closely with subcontractors from both defense and civilian industries.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mandatory.

· At least 3 years of experience in project management – mandatory.

· 3+ years of experience in software development projects – mandatory.

· Experience in the defense industry – an advantage.

· Familiarity with SAR, AI, data fusion, and mapping technologies – an advantage.

· Proven experience in data processing and imagery analytics projects – an advantage.

· High-level English proficiency – mandatory.
