Tech Recruiter – Immediate Availability Required

A leading tech company specializing in embedded systems, automotive cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure protection, is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join its team in Petah Tikva.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, working closely with hiring managers and leadership. This position requires immediate availability and the ability to integrate quickly into an active recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for tech and R&D positions.

• Conduct sourcing using LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates across technical disciplines.

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

• Support employer branding and internal recruitment projects.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment – mandatory.

• Proven experience in sourcing and direct outreach – mandatory.

• Strong familiarity with the Israeli tech market.

• Native-level Hebrew and strong English proficiency.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Immediate availability – mandatory.
