Experienced Buyer – Electronic Components

ST Engineering Telematics Wireless, a leading IoT company developing advanced technologies for smart cities, is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our procurement department.

The role involves deep specialization in the procurement of electronic components.

Position Requirements:

• 10 years of hands-on experience in procurement of electronic and mechanical components – mandatory
• Previous experience working in EMS and/or high-tech companies – mandatory
• Proven track record in negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, both locally and internationally
• Full proficiency in PRIORITY ERP – an advantage
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience in identifying alternative components and leading cost-reduction initiatives
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple procurement processes simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of electronic and mechanical components, domestically and abroad
• Lead negotiations, track orders and shipments, and ensure timely delivery
• Interface with subcontractors and manage PPV/REVAL processes
