Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role

Kasha is looking for a data-driven, AI-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the operational engine behind our marketing strategy. In this role, you will lead the optimization of tools, systems, and processes that drive growth and performance. You’ll bring a unique mix of technical, analytical, and automation skills—plus a deep comfort with AI tools—to enable smarter, faster, and more impactful marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM tools), ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Jasper, Mutiny, Adobe Sensei) to enhance content automation, personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track performance, campaign ROI, and key KPIs.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, email programs, and lead scoring models.
• Improve lead lifecycle management by aligning marketing and sales processes, including lead routing, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and conduct regular audits of campaigns, tools, and pipelines.
• Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies using both manual and AI-driven approaches.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new tools to boost marketing efficiency, intelligence, and scale.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or growth operations roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Google analytics, Zapier etc.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for content generation, campaign optimization, or workflow automation.
• High analytical literacy; ability to turn data into insights and actions (experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboarding tools like Looker Studio).
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and the full marketing funnel.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in global, multi-channel marketing environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
• Previous experience scaling marketing operations at a tech startup or digital-first company.
