About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Back-End developer to join our team and focus on the server-side architecture of our cloud-based systems. This role requires strong expertise in SW development, as well as experience in developing scalable, distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Python, GO, Kubernetes and microservices architectures, while also collaborating closely with the front-end team to integrate functionalities like video streaming (WebRTC) and AI-based features.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the back-end of cloud-based systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Work with Python and Go to implement microservices and server-side logic.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate video communication features (WebRTC) and other functionalities.
• Design and implement distributed systems using Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
• Optimize server-side components for performance, especially with high concurrency and real-time data.
• Work with AI and machine learning teams to implement AI-driven features.
• Ensure robust monitoring and logging of back-end systems.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in SW development (particularly with Python and Go).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with WebRTC and video communication integration is an advantage.
• Proven ability to handle large-scale, high-performance applications.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
