Chief Technology Officer

🚀 We're Hiring: Divisional CTO – Legal Tech

We're looking for a hands-on Divisional CTO to lead the end-to-end tech strategy and execution for our Legal Tech division. This is a strategic and impactful role for a system-level thinker who’s passionate about building SaaS products that truly deliver.

👨‍💻 About the Role:

• Build and lead the tech function from the ground up
• Own architecture, tech stack, development, and delivery
• Translate product needs into scalable, secure, high-performance solutions
• Lead code reviews, hands-on development, and mentor a team
• Report directly to the EVP and work closely with product and business teams
• Lead a team of 4–5 developers within a division of ~40 employees

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of Full Stack development experience
• At least 5 years as a Tech Lead and 2+ years as a CTO – or 7 years as a senior Tech Lead managing teams
• Proven experience with end-to-end product development in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in Python (AI-oriented development preferred)
• Strong experience with SPA frameworks (preferably Angular)
• System-level ownership: Backend, Client, Infra, and Data
• Strong background in secure and high-performance systems
• Cloud expertise with AWS, especially SQS

🏢 Preferred Industry Backgrounds:

• SaaS companies
• LegalTech or RegTech
• Product-driven startups with full-cycle development ownership
• Companies working on operational AI, not just research

🎯 Bonus Points For:

• Experience working closely with Product teams
• Familiarity with RAG or Generative AI models
• Experience with client-side streaming/video processing
