Project Manager & Business Analyst – Digital & Web Systems

We’re looking for a talented Project Manager & Business Analyst to join the Information Systems team at a leading healthcare organization.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Lead requirement gathering & business analysis with internal stakeholders

🔹 Conduct market research & user needs analysis, spotting the latest digital trends

🔹 Manage MOBILE & WEB projects end-to-end, focusing on amazing customer experience (CX) & sleek UI designs

🔹 Build work plans, manage timelines & budgets, and keep everything on track

🔹 Write detailed specs for systems, screens, and BACKEND interfaces

🔹 Collaborate closely with UX/UI, development, and QA teams

🔹 Lead implementations — testing, training, analytics, and continuous improvement

🔹 Maintain digital assets, update content, troubleshoot, analyze, and support marketing activities

🔍 What we’re looking for:

🎓 Academic degree or relevant course (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or similar)

- 2+ years managing MOBILE & WEB tech projects

- 2+ years hands-on writing system & interface specs in digital environments

- Strong understanding of digital tech, especially UX & Mobile

- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs

- Proven leadership & ability to drive cross-functional teams

- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills & customer focus

- High responsibility, strong work ethic, and motivation to succeed

- Bonus: Experience in healthcare systems and processes
