Network Professional Services Engineer

A leading global company in the semiconductor and networking solutions industry is looking for a Network Professional Services Engineer.

Full-time position based in Petah Tikva.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and support complex enterprise-level network infrastructures.
• Provide on-site (Israel) and remote technical support for company users.
• Participate in global projects in collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.
• Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize network performance.
• Perform configuration changes, routine maintenance, and network upgrades.
• Develop automation processes for global network operations.
• Work with Cisco network equipment including switches, routers, and wireless solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in network support and management in global organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco equipment in enterprise and data center environments.
• Experience with security solutions such as SD-WAN, Firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet), NAC, VPN – an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure – AWS / Azure – an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python scripting and Linux systems – an advantage.
• High-level English – mandatory.
