We're looking for a people person with a sharp mind and passion to join us as a Tech Recruitment Coordinator.
Job Description:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for technological roles
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients
- Utilize social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in recruitment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Passion for working with people and making meaningful connections
- Experience in tech recruitment – an advantage
