The business of the group varies: from PPP projects; through tourism, a net of maintenance centers in Israel and Europe, tenders. real estate, innovation, and others. Who are you?

A dynamic and open-minded person, who is curious to learn something nee every day, with good communications skills. You are independent, but know how to work in a team. You have either worked in a mid-big law firm for the last 2-5 years or worked as an in house legal counsel in a large global company for 2-5 years. You have vast knowledge in company and good understanding of the relevant applicable law. You are also familiar with other aspects of legal in house work: either compliance, tenders, procurement, customer related aspects, lease, privacy or others.

About the Role:

You will be a member of the legal team supporting all the business units in the group. You will be mainly involved in the company security matters but also provide on going legal advise in various issues, mainly based on your experience and the needs of the group. The role requires handling various aspect of the corporate governance of the group (Israel and abroad) and compliance aspects.
