Senior Product Analyst

As we expand within regulated real-money iGaming jurisdictions, we need deeper player- and game-level insight to drive product decisions, optimize monetization, and support compliance reporting across markets. You will be the hands-on data lead for product, laying the foundations (events, warehouse modeling, dashboards, experimentation) and shaping a future Product Analytics team you may lead. What You’ll Do

• Drive insights across the player lifecycle—registration to churn—highlighting trends in engagement, monetization, and game performance.
• Analyze in-house vs. third-party games, model GGR/NGR, and support compliance reporting for regulated markets.
• Define event tracking with engineers to ensure data quality across our stack.
• Build dashboards for KPIs, segment analysis, and product health.
• Collaborate on A/B tests and translate results into actionable insights.
• Document processes and support the growth of analytics across regions.

What You Bring

Minimums

• 5+ years in a dedicated Product Analyst / Product Data role (consumer tech, gaming, gambling, fintech, or similar high-volume data environment).
• Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning).
• Experience with event / streaming data pipelines (Kafka or equivalent) and downstream modeling for analytics. (gthsoftware.com, DZone)

Nice to Have

• Direct iGaming / regulated gambling analytics experience (RG triggers, AML, tax & license reporting).
• Experience modeling player LTV, bonus cost ROI, and RTP variance impacts.
• BI platform exposure (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mixpanel or similar) and embedded analytics for product teams.

Work Model (Hybrid – Israel Only)

This is an Israel-based role. Our default rhythm is 4 days/week in our Tel Aviv office (52 Menachem Begin, Sonol Building) and 1 fixed WFH day (currently Wednesdays; flexible with manager approval). Growth Path

You’ll start as the senior individual contributor establishing the product analytics foundation; as we scale data volume, regulated markets, and internal demand, you’ll help define and may step into a Product Analytics Lead role (team scope likely 2-4 analysts / data viz / instrumentation).
