About the job

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience supporting end-users in a mid-to-large scale organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users in an organization of 300+ employees
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and related devices
• Assist with Office 365 applications and services
• Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high user satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT end-user support in an organization of 300+ employees
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications
• Experience with Active Directory user management
• Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
