Role Description

Shift-based work at a 24/7 operations desk, on-site at Ben Gurion Airport.

The Operational Case Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating medical assistance services, including medical flights, ground transfers, and emergency hospitalizations. Daily tasks include close coordination with medical teams, clients, and insurance providers and overseeing all stages of the case to ensure professional execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in medical assistance services or related fields - Advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
