What We’re Looking For
Allot is looking for a dynamic Lab Support Engineer to join our R&D Lab, with experience providing support to internal company customers in conjunction to ongoing operations and goals.
What You’ll Do
- Maintaining servers and networks devices, routers, switches, and other physical hardware.
- Installing and configuring network equipment.
- Monitoring servers and systems to improve network performance for all systems.
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management.
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of networking best practices to offer the best solutions to R&D HW lab systems.
What you should have:
- Hands on experience on Networking L2-L4
- Knowledge of Linux system operation
- Experience in Virtualization such as VMware OS
- Fluent level in Hebrew and English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with MySQL
- Knowledge of Mongo DB
- Experience with Bash, Java script programming languages
- Knowledge of Jmeter (L7) / Trex
