In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery while combining your hands-on leadership skills together with providing guidance and support to your team members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own features from design to production while leading and expanding a team of talented Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and Data Analysts
• You will collaborate with colleagues to solve complex problems, prioritize deliverables, and overcome design challenges.
• You will drive technical excellence, ensure high product quality, foster innovation, and facilitate timely delivery within an agile environment
• Also, As a senior developer, you'll lead and mentor junior developers, and expand the team's technological toolbox.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree(s) from leading universities and/or technological intelligence units graduate
• 2+ years of experience in leading R&D teams in fast paced environments
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Solid proficiency in modern Java/C++/C#
• Experience developing large, scalable, distributed information systems using a microservices architecture.
• Java and Spring (boot) proficiency- an advantage
• A general understanding of the Finance field- an advantage
