🚨 We're hiring a Technical Support Expert 🚨

As part of the global Technical Support & Operations group, you’ll maintain critical infrastructure, support deployments, and help customers get the most out of the systems.

This role blends deep hands-on IT expertise with purpose.

📍 Location: Yokneam | Hybrid (2 days from home)

✅ What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure (servers, networks, routers, etc.)
• Support customer onboarding and system installations
• Resolve connectivity and configuration issues
• Monitor environments using tools like Datadog / Prometheus / Sentry
• Collaborate with DevOps on escalations
• Ensure privacy and compliance (GDPR, etc.)
• Provide remote and occasional on-site support
• On-call availability: Weekends (every few weeks)

✅ What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in IT system administration
• Strong Linux skills (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
• Solid network troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication and English
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles
