We're hiring an AI Innovation Lead for a leading financial company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead AI innovation initiatives across the organization, from ideation to implementation
-Manage cross-functional projects involving AI, digital transformation, and process optimization
-Analyze and present business value using ROI and success metrics to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in project management, product management, leading digital transformation, or innovation within a financial organization
- Experience with the field of artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with core processes and operational interfaces in the financial sector, such as operations, customer service, sales, investments, and regulation
- Experience in analyzing and presenting business value using ROI and key success metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
