Financial Product Manager

We’re hiring a Financial Product Manager for a financial company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization

-Write and define detailed functional and technical specifications for new features and enhancements

-Work closely with trading, analytics, and data teams to ensure alignment with market needs and business goals

-Analyze product performance and user behavior using BI tools, SQL, Google Analytics, and similar platforms

-Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable product initiatives

-Manage product roadmap and backlog using tools such as Jira and Confluence

-Utilize Figma and other tools to support UX/UI design processes

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in product management within the financial sector or capital markets
• Experience in writing and drafting technical and functional specifications
• Technical knowledge and understanding of APIs, trading systems, data feeds, and trading platforms
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience in data analysis using SQL, BI, Google Analytics, or similar tools
