A stable and profitable cybersecurity startup developing intelligence-driven solutions that support democratic governments and security organizations in the fight against terrorism and organized crime.
The company is based in central Tel Aviv near the light rail, offers one day of remote work per week, and employs 500 people (all based in Israel). Founded in 2020, the company is experiencing rapid growth.
About the Role:
- Leading a newly formed team of 3–4 developers
- Reporting to the Director of Engineering
- Working with a modern tech stack: Golang, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes
Requirements-
- 4+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
- 6+ years of experience developing server-side applications and infrastructure.
- Strong experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Proven track record of collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders within the R&D organization.
