Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our eCommerce Agency. In this role you will plan, design, and edit high-performing direct response video creatives for Israeli and global eCommerce brands across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing direct response video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other digital platforms
• Crafting engaging creatives using UGC footage, product demos, testimonials, and motion graphics
• Building compelling video narratives optimized for scroll-stopping hooks, fast pacing, and conversions
• Designing motion elements, typography, and visual effects to support performance goals
• Collaborating with the creative, media buying, and strategy teams to produce data-driven video ads
• Analyzing ad performance to continuously improve creative iterations and test new formats

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience editing direct response video creatives for eCommerce or DTC brands
• Strong portfolio of social video ads (UGC-style, native formats, fast-paced edits)
• Proven ability to create high-converting videos focused on performance and ROAS
• Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop/Figma – a plus)
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, creative strategy, and platform best practices
• Creative, self-driven, fast executor with strong attention to detail
• Hebrew speaker – a must
• Prior experience working with a marketing agency or eCommerce brand – a must
