About the Company

We are a fintech company from Israel, specializing in international money transfers and servicing clients from various countries. We strive to make financial services accessible, simple, and transparent. We have two key audiences: private clients and businesses (B2B), including employers and partner organizations.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own delivery planning, release coordination, and execution across our R&D teams.

You’ll be at the center of our product delivery process—aligning developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure projects ship on time and with impact.

What you’ll do:

✅ Plan and track releases with R&D, QA, and Operations teams

✅ Improve visibility with clear updates and dashboards (Jira)

✅ Identify risks and remove blockers early

✅ Drive process improvements to boost delivery speed and quality

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in a TPM or delivery/project coordination role
• Experience with agile workflows (Kanban preferred)
• Familiarity with SDLC, release pipelines, and Jira
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Advantage: an experience in fintech companies
