Credit Underwriter

We are looking for a sharp and proactive Credit Underwriter to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full credit operation process for short-term working capital credit lines, including credit analysis, customer onboarding, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform credit underwriting and renewals for new and existing business clients
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment based on client documentation and market data
• Prepare credit applications and support decision-making processes, including credit committee presentations
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients and ensure regulatory and operational compliance
• Coordinate contract execution, financial documentation, and payment schedules
• Lead operational improvements and assist in implementing a new AI-integrated CRM system

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in credit underwriting or credit operations (preferably in a non-banking institution or bank)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment
• High proficiency in Excel and working with financial systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the credit domain – an advantage
