We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a CSM, you’ll own the post-sales relationship with customers-from onboarding to long-term success. You'll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, helping them adopt and operationalize Bondata's AI Agents within their unique environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategic account management with hands-on technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and implementation processes for new customers, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of Bondata agents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers-driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Translate customer use cases into technical configurations or agent workflows using Bondata’s tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to troubleshoot issues, capture feedback, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Help customers understand how to extend Bondata’s capabilities through integrations and advanced configurations.
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or obstacles to customer success.
- Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and training sessions to ensure long-term value and retention.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and usage in our CRM and support systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management roles, ideally within SaaS, AI, or data-driven products.
- Proven ability to work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, drive product adoption, and deliver impactful solutions that ensure long-term success
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand APIs, data workflows, and AI/automation concepts.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills-confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented-comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage environments.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), data tools, or process automation platforms is a plus.
- English at a mother-tongue or fluent level, both written and spoken.
