Test Development Expert

We are now looking for a Test Development Expert to join us as we scale and shape the future of hiring!

What you’ll be doing:

• Assessment Design: Use your knowledge of psychometrics and test development to build customized, reliable, and valid assessment content for a wide range of roles and industries.
• Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by leveraging your expertise in the fields of test design and evaluation strategies.
• Content Innovation: Utilize your professional knowledge to help expand Canditech's assessment library, ensuring our offerings remain both cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in psychometrics or industrial/organizational psychology.
• Hands-on experience in building tests or other standardized selection tools. 
• Native-level Hebrew and English – essential.
• Proven client-facing experience - major advantage.
• A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment.
