Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer service inquiries, and enhancing customer experience. The representative will also interact with customers to resolve issues and provide information about our services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support and providing high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Service practices and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Tel Aviv-Yafo
• Strong organizational and time management skills
