Lab Manager Position – Regev-Rudzki Neta Research Group (Microbiology)

The research group of Prof. Neta Regev-Rudzki at the Weizmann Institute of Science is seeking a highly qualified, independent, and motivated individual with a PhD in Biology for the position of Lab Manager.

Our lab investigates the biology of the human malaria parasite using molecular biology, biochemistry, omics, and biophysics approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support research projects in molecular biology/microbiology.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
• Mentor and work closely with graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
• Contribute to writing scientific manuscripts and grant proposals.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Biology (Post Doc-Advantage).
• Hands-on experience in molecular biology and/or biochemistry.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong independent learning abilities and a high level of curiosity.
• Proven ability to multitask efficiently.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in academia or industry.
