Lab Manager Position – Regev-Rudzki Neta Research Group (Microbiology)

The research group of Prof. Neta Regev-Rudzki at the Weizmann Institute of Science is seeking a highly qualified, independent, and motivated individual with a PhD in Biology for the position of Lab Manager.

Our lab investigates the biology of the human malaria parasite using molecular biology, biochemistry, omics, and biophysics approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support research projects in molecular biology/microbiology.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
Mentor and work closely with graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
Contribute to writing scientific manuscripts and grant proposals.

Required Qualifications:

PhD in Biology (Post Doc-Advantage).
Hands-on experience in molecular biology and/or biochemistry.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong independent learning abilities and a high level of curiosity.
Proven ability to multitask efficiently.
Minimum of two years’ experience in academia or industry.
