What is the job:

Radware’s CTO Office is where next-generation cyber protections are born. The CTO office drives innovation by developing cutting-edge AI capabilities for Radware's cybersecurity products. Our team tackles complex challenges in AI, application and network security, while inventing state-of-the-art solutions.

Radware is seeking an exceptional researcher to join our CTO office research team. In this role, you'll lead groundbreaking research projects focused on detecting and mitigating cyber-attacks on AI applications as well as traditional ones using advanced AI technologies.

We're looking for a highly self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges, works independently, and can rapidly turn bold ideas into production-grade capabilities

What will you do?

Lead innovative research initiatives in AI, application and network security, addressing complex cybersecurity challenges

• Design and develop AI agents that extend Radware’s detection and mitigation arsenal.
• Create novel solutions to counter emerging threats in LLMs, autonomous agents, and legacy systems alike.
• Drive projects end-to-end – from concept through production-ready implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities into our product portfolio
  
  

What you need:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on security R&D – AI, application or network or cloud
• Strong Python programming skills with a focus on production-level code
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-starter DNA – you should be able to thrive on autonomy, move fast, and communicate well with stakeholders at every level.
