A leading company in the defense sector is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary systems for maritime security.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly impactful product line that integrates hardware, software, mechanics, and electronics – built for naval and defense-grade operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead full product lifecycle – from gathering operational needs to delivery and deployment
• Translate customer requirements into clear PRDs & MRDs
• Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams – system, hardware, software, mechanical, QA
• Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-team alignment in a highly dynamic environment
• Be the product focal point for both internal stakeholders and defense clients

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering – Mandatory
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager of multi-disciplinary systems (hardware/software/mechanics)
• Proven experience working with R&D and engineering teams on complex technology products
• Experience in the defense industry or mission-critical systems – a strong advantage
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
