Are you an experienced account manager from the advertising world who knows how to lead clients, manage creative processes, and deliver top-notch campaigns with heart? We’re looking for someone like you to join our family-like team.

What the role includes:

• Leading and managing client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment
• Overseeing 360° campaigns (online and offline) from concept to execution
• Writing briefs, marketing plans, campaign strategies, and client-facing documents
• Managing creative projects: productions, events, launches, and more
• Coordinating with internal teams, media, producers, vendors, and influencers
• Supervising social, digital, and print content across multiple platforms
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing client reports and insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an account manager in an advertising agency – must
• Proven ability to lead clients and manage complex marketing projects
• Proficiency in CRM tools, ClickUp, Monday, and Excel – must
• Degree in Communications / Marketing / Business Administration – advantage
• Deep understanding of branding, creative processes, and media execution
• Experience working with creative teams, influencers, and media vendors
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, proactive and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – team player with heart
• Native-level Hebrew – mandatory
