Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate AI Program Manager to lead and coordinate internal AI initiatives across our organization.

In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for all internal AI-related programs, aligning business goals with AI capabilities. You’ll work cross-functionally with IT and business units to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and impactful results.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond project coordination. You’ll need a strong grasp of AI agent development, prompt engineering, and tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or n8n.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the internal AI Program Office across business units and IT.
• Maintain a clear view of all AI-related initiatives in progress.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and AI efforts.
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes; report to leadership.
• Set standards for AI governance, KPIs, and value tracking.
• Lead steering committees and decision-making forums around AI priorities.
• Monitor trends and bring forward innovative tools and technologies.
• Translate AI concepts into real business impact – from use cases to prototypes and adoption.
• Work with data science teams to assess data readiness, model feasibility, and integration strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing digital/data/AI programs or projects.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and copilots using platforms like Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, machine learning basics, and real-world business applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for AI and innovation.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in project/program management.
• Experience in change management and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with tools like Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, Power Platform, or n8n.
