About the role-

• Part of the core Chatbot team, responsible for the company’s main AI product
• Develops and implements advanced AI systems to enhance user experience in navigating health benefits
• Focuses on applied research, model development, and deployment into production
• Builds and integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for accurate delivery of medical information
• Embeds AI capabilities into product features and user-facing functionalities
• Designs and builds Evaluation Frameworks to monitor and improve the Personal AI Assistant’s performance
• Tracks trends and developments in GenAI and LLMs to ensure use of state-of-the-art approaches
• Contributes to internal tools and evaluation processes for continuous optimization
• Works with LLM Agents in conversational AI environments, including text-based and multimodal interactions
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Engineering

Requirements-

B.Sc. in a scientific field – required

At least 5 years of experience as an Applied Data Scientist, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer – required

Proven experience with NLP and working with Language Models (LLMs) – required

Hands-on experience with Machine Learning – required

Proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas) – required

Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – required

Background in leading tech companies or startups – required

Experience deploying models to production – required

Experience working in cloud environments – required

Experience with chatbots or Personal AI Assistants – strong advantage

Background in leading HealthTech companies – advantage
