We’re looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Finance & Economics team supporting the Operations Division at Tnuva.

In this key role, you’ll serve as the financial partner to our operational leadership, providing insights and analysis to drive performance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across our production sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead financial analyst for the Operations Division

• Support strategic and operational decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance monitoring

• Provide financial insights to site managers and divisional leadership

• Conduct cost analysis and identify efficiency opportunities

• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial reports

Requirements:

• B.A. in Economics – required

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in operations, cost control, or performance tracking – required

• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

• High-level data integration and reporting capabilities across multiple systems

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
