Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at Tnuva.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to get hands-on experience in marketing operations and product launch processes within a leading food company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Marketing budget coordination and control – managing purchase requests, tracking files, and maintaining close collaboration with multiple internal and external interfaces (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Accounting, Suppliers, and Dairies).

• Heavy use of Excel, including advanced functions, for tracking and reporting

• Product launch readiness – coordinating all data and documentation required for new product launches with brand managers and dairies, preparing forms for retailers and online platforms, and opening product records in internal systems.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in marketing operations and product launch processes

• Proficiency in Excel – required

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) – required

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure – required

• Experience in budget tracking and working in a corporate environment – an advantage

• Experience with SAP – an advantage
