About the Role:

Join our engineering team at the Tal Yosef dairy, where we produce Alon Tavor’s cottage cheese. You’ll lead electrical and control projects, improve system efficiency, and ensure smooth, safe plant operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize electrical and control systems.
Lead improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
Provide support to maintenance and infrastructure teams.
Ensure compliance with electrical regulations.
Manage the control team and production floor troubleshooting.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – must
Licensed Electrical Engineer – an advantage
3+ years in process/food manufacturing – advantage
Experience in industrial control systems – must
English proficiency – must
Team management skills – advantage
Willing to work flexible hours

Location: Northern Israel
