Your Mission

As our Founding CEO, you’ll:

• Co-lead the vision, strategy, and business model
• Define and validate the core product and go-to-market approach
• Build the tech and product team (internal and/or outsourced)
• Lead fundraising efforts (pre-seed and seed stages)
• Establish the legal and operational structure
• Run pilot programs with early clients and scale the business globally

You’ll work closely with the Points of You® team, with full access to proprietary content, a global professional community, and a trusted brand.

Who We’re Looking For

• A builder who has led or co-founded early-stage ventures
• A sharp strategic operator with strong communication and execution skills
• Comfortable working with tech teams and AI concepts
• Passionate about human growth, learning, and purpose-driven products

Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience building a startup from scratch, ideally from the idea stage through early traction
• Proven ability to raise funding, whether from angel investors, venture capital firms, or strategic partners, with the confidence to lead investor conversations and craft compelling narratives
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills, since this is a global-facing product
• Based in Israel, preferably in the central region, to enable in-person collaboration and close alignment with the team

Big Pluses

• Experience in coaching, HR tech, or learning and development (L&D)
• Experience with global B2B or SAAS models
• Familiarity with emotional intelligence, leadership development, or facilitation methodologies
