Job Description

• Coordinate with development teams to fix bugs and improve usability
• Help analyze and solve complicated support tickets and production incidents
• Manage and execute manual tests
• Keep up with the pace of a high-speed development process, and execute and adjust your test plans accordingly
• Measure and monitor production quality and push the development teams to fix the prioritized bugs
• Think like a Wix mobile user and ensure all scenarios are covered, manually and automatically
  
  

This is a part-time student position, and you’ll be expected to work at least 3 days a week, 80 hours a month. We’re flexible during exam periods.

Qualifications

• Smart, creative, and ambitious student passionate about consumer-facing digital products and customer service
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to deliver high-quality products while supporting end users
• Open-minded and proactive problem-solver with great communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of mobile apps, familiarity with development methodologies, or experience in Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) – an advantage
