Head of Reconciliation

Forex Industry - A leading international company in the Forex and Fintech industry is seeking a Head of Reconciliation to lead and manage all reconciliation processes across the organization. This critical role includes full responsibility for financial reconciliations between trading platforms, PSPs, banks, credit card providers, and client trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, control, and operational insight.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Reconciliation located in the Ra'anana District, Israel. The Head of Reconciliation will oversee daily reconciliation tasks, ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, manage reconciliation team members, and coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing reconciliation policies, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating audits. Additionally, the role requires managing workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks and continuous improvement in reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial reconciliation, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with different departments
• Proficiency in reconciliation software and financial systems
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a reconciliation or finance role within the Forex industry – must.

In-depth knowledge of payment flows: PSPs, credit card transactions, e-wallets, wire transfers, and trust accounts – must.

Advanced Excel skills – required.

Team management experience – a strong advantage.
