DevOps Team Lead

Hybrid | 3 days from the office (Central Israel – near Rishon), 2 days from home

We at Nisha Group are hiring on behalf of one of our innovative clients for a DevOps Team Lead to take charge of a critical and impactful team within the organization. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and lead a team of three experienced DevOps professionals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on DevOps developer — not an SRE/IT infrastructure profile — but someone who writes code and has grown from within the DevOps engineering world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team of 3 engineers.
• Drive the development of scalable DevOps solutions.
• Build and maintain self-service developer platforms.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Use infrastructure-as-code principles to provision automated environments.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience (with 2+ years in a leadership role).
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Argo (Workflows, CD).
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated success in building self-service/dev platforms.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work model: Hybrid — 3 days from our central office, 2 days remote.

Location: Offices located in Rishon area.
