Marketing Analyst Team Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Analyst Team Lead to manage and grow a team of PPC managers focused on driving results through Google Ads and Bing Ads. In this role, you’ll oversee performance marketing campaigns, analyze data for optimization, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of PPC managers
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns
• Manage large-scale budgets and bidding strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and sales
• Support hiring and team development initiatives
  
  

• 2+ years of PPC campaign management and team leadership experience
• Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in affiliate or comparison marketing is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• High-level proficiency in English

• Strong leadership and mentoring track record
